Ryokan Sakaya, located in Nozawa Onsen, is a historic inn founded in the Edo period (1603-1868) as a sake brewery, and once served as the main inn in the imperial domain. Also offer creative Japanese cuisine unique to Shinshu that makes the most of seasonal ingredients, such as local vegetables and mountain delicacies from the Okushinano region.
