YARIMIKAN is an inn with a history that was formerly called Yarimi Onsen and was familiar to mountain climbers and onsen cure customers. The name Yarimimi was given from the view of the spire of Mt. Yarigatake across the deep valley of the Gamata River. The inn boasts a variety of baths along the river.

As the name suggests, “Yarimi-no-Yu” is an open-air bath that overlooks Yarigatake, the main peak of the Northern Alps. This bath provides a great sense of openness, of which we are very proud.
This is an open-air bath for women only. Recommended for those who do not like to mix with men.
The large bath has large windows facing a spectacular view. Bathers are able to enjoy the view from the bath as if they were in an open-air bath. On a clear day, an impressive view of Mt. Yarigatake is visible from the bath
The hotel has a total of four private open-air baths, all of which are different from each other. All of the baths, “Hotaru-no-Yu,” “Keiryu-no-Yu,” “Banryu-no-Yu,” and “Mori-no-Yu,” can be used by guests free of charge.
The Japanese-style room and the bedroom are separate. The room has a barrier-free bathroom equipped with a cypress indoor bath with handrails and a flowing hot spring.
Mezzanine type old folk house structure where guests can use the entire cottage. This unit is also recommended for families.

Seasonal ingredients are arranged and served in a colorful manner for dinner.Charcoal-grilled mountain trout raised in the pure water of Okuhida is very popular.A wide variety of locally made sake that goes well with the meal is available at extra cost.
